Choosing a revenue model (or models) and setting your prices are two of the most important decisions you’ll make as an entrepreneur. These choices impact how much money you’ll make and influence how you organize, operate, and grow your business. Plus, they are so interconnected that they need to be tackled at the same time. 

Unfortunately, making the best decisions for your business when it comes to revenue models and pricing can be tricky. There are so many options, and each has its advantages and disadvantages. 

Do you know what makes things even more complicated? You don’t have to land on only ONE revenue model, and there’s NO secret sauce for pricing. At the end of the day, you could have various revenue models, and the best price is the price that your customer is willing to pay. 

No matter what you decide, the first step is to know your numbers: overhead, variable expenses, revenue goals, margins, competitors’ prices, etc. So in May, we’ll help you get your numbers in order and offer strategies for picking a robust revenue model and setting prices confidently.
