The Founder’s Hat Program is a safe space where founders in similar stages and from all industries can build relationships, discuss challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and grow together. Sessions for our Fall 2024 program will be held in person at Ascender, located in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood.

Build a close-knit founder-to-founder network of trusted individuals within the Pittsburgh entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Who should apply:

Must commit to attending all in-person sessions at Ascender.
Founder or founding members only.
Business must be:
- In the prototype to revenue-generating stage
- Operating for 3+ years
- A team of 2+ employees/contractors (not including founders)
