Incubation is a yearlong program that helps founders launch, build, and grow self-sustaining businesses and organizations through mentorship, connectivity, space, and direct financial support. We use our Pre-Incubation Bootcamp model to recruit and select incubatees for this intensive program.

Ascender’s programs are designed to support entrepreneurs from all backgrounds. We provide educational workshops, networking opportunities, and connections with experts to help entrepreneurs start, build, and scale their businesses. These events are free and open to the public.

Founder’s Hat is a small, close-knit gathering where similar stage, cross-industry founders discuss the challenging roles or ‘hats’ they wear under the facilitation of a serial entrepreneur.

Next Leap is a ten-week intensive course to transform a growth idea into an actionable plan that is ready to realize. This program for creative business owners is delivered in partnership with Bridgeway Capital's Creative Business Accelerator.
