With over 35 years of experience as a welding engineer in industrial research and development, his work in manufacturing technologies spans a broad range of industries, including automotive and transportation, oil and gas, marine, and aerospace. He has authored and co-authored 45 U.S. and International patents, including those for advanced torpedo propulsion, welding processes, and even candy dispensers.
As Founder of Always-βeta, Israel draws on his experience as an engineer and inventor to consult clients on organizational creativity. This event will be a very abbreviated version of his Seminar on Organizational Creativity, and will include the following topics:
