THIS MONTH'S THEME: PREPARING FOR BUSINESS GROWTH
Shift happens. An innovative feature that attracts new customers. The adoption of a new process to reduce overhead costs. A reimagined manufacturing strategy that allows for faster production. Or the launch of customer-driven marketing campaigns that propel sales. All of these shifts can speed up the success of your startup or small business. But they’ll only happen if you are proactive in your planning and have the business skills to achieve your new goals.
Not everyone will experience “hockey stick growth.” You define your business’s trajectory—how much, how fast, and how.
