Join serial entrepreneur and CMU professor, Adam Paulisick, as he guides a small group through the process of building a stakeholder map and considerations for creating a minimum viable product (MVP).

The hands-on workshop will help you prioritize who to build for and sell to and equip you with the tools to create a simple but compelling concept map that educates customers, investors, and future employees on the powerful experience you're building. Each participant will walk away with their very own stakeholder map and storyboard.

This free, 90-minute workshop will be limited to 15 participants. Adam will be using miro.com, an online collaborative whiteboard, to help participants visualize their stakeholder map. In advance of the workshop, participants will be required to attend a brief session on the wonders of miro.com (Friday, April 30, 8:30 AM) or watch a brief tutorial video.
